Physicochemical properties : Light brown powder or particles.It is produced by deep liquid fermentation of Bacillus subtilis and is compounded by concentration, extraction and refining. It is a bacterial protease complex developed for protein hydrolysis.The main enzyme of this product is alkaline protease, and the enzyme activity is defined according to the main enzyme activity. The enzyme was treated at 40 ~ 50 ℃ for 50 minutes and soaked in distilled water for 13 hours, in which the sediment was the carrier.

Purpose: Biochemical research.Unlike many other Endoproteases, protamex can produce protein hydrolysate without bitterness even at low degree of hydrolysis. It is suitable for the hydrolysis of animal protein and animal blood.
