Purpose: biochemical research. The voltage sensitive ca2+ channel was blocked without affecting the neuron na+/ca2+ antiporter. Binding to 30s and 50s subunits of ribosomes causes protein error coding; Inhibit initiation and prolongation of protein synthesis. Antibacterial spectrum: gram negative and positive bacteria.
