Physicochemical properties: light yellow oily liquid. Slightly fatty smell. It tastes bitter. Soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol and cottonseed oil, insoluble in vegetable oil and mineral oil. The relative density is about 1.1. The viscosity is about 400MPa. S. Hydrophilic lipophilic value HLB 16.7. Flash point ＞ 149 ℃. Saponification value 40 ~ 50. Acid value ≤ 2. Hydroxyl value 96 ~ 108. 

Storage: sealed storage.

Application: non ionic surfactant. Gas chromatography stationary liquid (maximum temperature 120 ℃), separation and analysis of volatile oil, fatty acid esters, alcohols, ketones and halides. Water soluble emulsifier. Add solvent. Antistatic agents and fiber lubricants for textile industry
