Vitality: ≥ 100 units/mg
Definition of activity: 1 gram of enzyme powder or 1 ml of enzyme solution hydrolyzes soluble starch to produce 1 mg of glucose in 1 hour at 40 ℃ and PH4.6. The amount of enzyme is 1 enzyme activity unit (U)
Moisture: ≤ 8.0%
Heavy metal: ≤ 0.004%
Optimum temperature: 58 ~ 60 ℃
Optimum pH: 4.5
Physicochemical properties: off white to light yellow powder, extracted from Aspergillus niger cheap strain by deep ventilation fermentation. The action temperature is 55 ~ 60 ℃, and the action pH is 4.0 ~ 5.0. Molecular weight 80 ~ 97kDa
Purpose: biochemical research. It can be cut from the non reducing end of starch chain α- 1, 4 and α- 1 and 6 bonds, so as to hydrolyze starch into glucose. Used for glycogen determination in yeast cells; Synthesis of isooligosaccharides by Glucoamylase.
Precautions for use: This product has good acid resistance, stable activity at 25 ℃ and PH3, the highest activity at 55 ~ 60 ℃, significant loss of activity above 60 ℃ for 30 minutes, and all activity above 80 ℃.
