Physicochemical Properties: white or off white to light yellow powder. It can be reduced to pyridoxine and is sensitive to light. Soluble in water (0.5g/ml), slightly soluble in ethanol (1.7g/100ml, 95% ethanol). The pH of 1% aqueous solution is 2.65. Aqueous solutions are sensitive to heat. Maximum absorption wavelength 292.5nm( ε 7600)。
Usage: This product is only for scientific research, and cannot be used for other purposes. (for reference only) it is used to label and detect the following substances at the picomolar level (10-12 moles): amino acids, coenzymes and cofactors, pyridoxal phosphate and vitamin B6
