Purpose: Biochemical research.It is a high resolution sieving agarose with unsurpassed clarity. It rivals acrylamide in its ability to resolve DNA fragments less than 1000bp. DNA bands differing in size by 2% can be resolved in the range of 200-1000bp. It is suitable for the analysis of AFLPˊs,STRˊs and tetranu-cleotide repeats.
