Surface activity: the aqueous solution of this product has surface activity and has the functions of colloidal protector, emulsifier and dispersant.
Thermal gelation: when heated to a certain temperature, methyl cellulose aqueous solution is opaque solution due to gel or precipitation.However, after cooling gradually, it becomes the original solution state. The temperature at which condensation and precipitation occur depends on the type of product, solution concentration and heating rate.
Low ash content: the hot gelation property of this product is used to wash the water in the process of preparation, so as to achieve the purpose of refining, so its ash content is very low.
Incompatibility：Aminoacridine hydrochloride, chlorocresol, mercuric chloride, phenol, razoxine, tannic acid, silver nitrate, cetylpyridine hydrochloride, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, p-aminobenzoic acid, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, butyl propionate.
