Physicochemical properties : This product is made from pig gastric mucosa and is quasi white or light yellow powder. Soluble in water, milky white in varying degrees, almost insoluble in alcohol, chloroform and ether. The activity of aqueous solution is destroyed quickly when heated to 70 ℃ or in alkaline solution, but the dried product can be heat-resistant to 100 ℃, with hygroscopicity, slight acid and salt taste
