Trypsin(bovine pancreas) CAS 9002-07-7
Item No.: E0022
Store at: 2~8°C
English name:Trypsin(bovine pancreas)
Grade:BR
Molecular weight:23300~23800
Titer :1:250
Vitality:≥250 USP u/g(Equal to 1000 BAEE u/g)
Loss on drying: ≤ 4.8%
Physicochemical properties: A kind of endopeptidase extracted from bovine pancreas, brown or brown powder. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, glycerol, chloroform and ether. Isoelectric point PI 10.5. The optimum pH value is about 7.8 ~ 8.5, pH 2 ~ 3 is stable, over pH 5 is easy to dissolve and inactivate, and pH > 9.0 is irreversible. Ca2 + can stabilize the enzyme activity; Heavy metal ions, organophosphorus compounds, DFP and natural trypsin inhibitors strongly inhibited its activity
Purpose: Biochemical research. Peptide bonds formed by specifically catalyzing the hydrolysis of lysine and arginine carboxyl groups can be used in protein chemistry.
Storage: 2 ~ 8 ℃
