Physicochemical properties  : white crystal or crystalline powder. Water loss at 150 ℃. Decompose at 200 ~ 220 ℃. Soluble in about 0.5 parts of water, almost insoluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is slightly alkaline to litmus, pH7 ~ 8. The relative density (d204) is 1.98.

Purpose: biochemical research. Determine bismuth, aluminum and nickel. Preparation of microbial culture medium.
