Physicochemical properties: Off white or light yellow powder. It belongs to fat hydrolases, which are called three major hydrolases together with protease and amylase. The optimum temperature is 35 ~ 37 ℃. Enzyme reaction: triglyceride + H2O = diglyceride + fatty acid anion. It is most easily hydrolyzed to the primary ester group. Glycerol monoesters are poor substrates. There are two similar isozymes lipases: A and B. The isoelectric point (PI) a is 4.9 and B is 5.0. Light absorption coefficient (E1% 280) 13.3. The activator is calcium (Ca2 +).
Purpose: Biochemical research. Quantitative analysis of triglycerides in serum. Analysis of prostaglandin lipids. Fat analysis. It is used to hydrolyze ester bonds at positions 1 and 3 and decompose fat into glycerol and fatty acids.
