It has antioxidant effect on acids, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, propyl gallate, hydroquinone, methionine, lecithin, THIODIPROPIONIC acid, etc. Soluble in petroleum ether, 50% ethanol, propylene glycol, fat and oil, almost insoluble in water.
