Physicochemical properties  (the following information is for reference only): light yellow granular or flaky solid, with special odor. Dissolve in warm ethanol (within one hour), slightly dissolve in hydrochloric acid solution (9-1000) (within one hour), and insoluble in water. Polyacrylic acid resin is a resin made by copolymerization of acrylate and methacrylate and several other olefinic monomers.
