Grade:BR
Relative molecular weight: About 58.7KD
Source: Trichoderma viride
Activity: ≥10u/mg
Definition of activity: Hydrolyze the substrate (filter paper, CMC, absorbent cotton or salicylin) for 1 min at 50 ℃ and pH 4.8 to produce 1 μ The enzyme amount of g glucose is 1 enzyme activity unit
Physicochemical properties: Light yellow powder or white freeze-dried powder, soluble in water. 1,4 that can act on cellulose- β- D-glucoside bond. PH 4.0 ~ 5.0, the best 4.8, depending on the substrate. The service temperature range is 40 ~ 50 ℃. Generally, the dosage is 0.05% of the substrate weight. Please determine the best dosage according to the test. Activators include sodium fluoride, magnesium, cobalt chloride, cadmium, calcium phosphate and neutral salts. Inhibitors include cellobiose, glucose and methylcellulose.
Uses: Biochemical research, plant cell hybridization research, catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose molecules to produce fiber oligosaccharide, fiber disaccharide and glucose. The accumulation of disaccharides in the reactants will inhibit the enzymatic hydrolysis process. It can cleave cellulose, lichen polysaccharide, barley glucan and fiber oligosaccharide fiber trisaccharide into endo-1,4 in fiber hexasaccharide- β- D-glycosidic bond. It cannot cut cellobiose or p-Nitrobenzene- β- D-glucoside. This enzyme can also cleave intact glycosaminoglycans from the center of polypeptides by breaking down xyloside serine bonds(glycosaminoglycan).
