Other names: Hyaluronidase; Hyaluronidase; Hyaluronidase; Mucinase; Mucin; Hyaluronidase; Hyaluronidase
Grade:BR
Molecular weight:~55 kDa (four subunits of 14 kDa each)
Vitality:>1000u/mg
Vitality definition:One unit will cause a change in A600 of 0.330 per minute at pH 5.7 at 37℃ in a 2.0 ml reaction mixture (45 minute assay)
Physicochemical properties: White amorphous powder or particle, easily soluble in water, insoluble in acetone, ethanol and ether. The optimum pH value is 4.0 ~ 7.5. The liquid can be stabilized for 24 hours at room temperature, one week below 5 ℃, and inactivated after heating at 100 ℃ for 30 minutes
Purpose: Biochemical research. The invention relates to an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing hyaluronic acid, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of acidic mucopolysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid to produce even oligosaccharides dominated by butyl sugar, so as to significantly reduce the viscosity of hyaluronic acid and reduce the tissue viscosity.
