Physicochemical properties: White powder. An enzyme that hydrolyzes ribonucleic acid. It is sensitive to humidity and is very soluble in water. Enzyme reaction: specifically catalyzes the cleavage of 3 'and 5' phosphodiester bonds in the ribonucleic acid to form oligonucleotides with 2 ', 3' - cyclic monophosphate derivatives. The aqueous solution is quite stable below 25 ℃, and the maximum stability range is ph2-4.5. The optimum pH is 7.7. The optimum temperature is 65 ℃. Isoelectric point (PL) 7.8. Inhibitors include 0.0005mol/l magnesium (Mg2 +), deoxyribonucleic acid (competitive inhibitor) and denatured deoxyribonucleic acid (more effective than natural).
Purpose: Biochemical research. The structure of nucleic acid and the degradation of deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid were determined.
