RNase, DNase and DNA scavenging reagent，Nuclease and DNA scavenging reagent，it is a non-toxic spraying reagent that can effectively remove nuclease pollution such as RNase and DNase on the solid surface of experimental instruments, equipment and materials.

This product is safe, non-toxic, but slightly corrosive. It is a very safe substitute for DEPC in some applications.

This product has no effect on RNA, and very small residue of this product will not significantly affect downstream RNA related experiments.

Instructions:：

1. When in use, spray the product directly on the solid surface and wipe it with a clean paper towel after 5 minutes for subsequent experimental operations. Spray the table top, PCR instrument, centrifuge, pipette and other solid surfaces that need to be cleaned, and spray the test tube rack, centrifugal tube rack, electrophoresis tank and other experimental consumables evenly. After about 5 minutes, wipe them with clean paper towels; For the surface of gloves, it can be used directly after spraying and wetting, or it can be used after wiping dry with clean paper towel.

2. For consumables that originally need DEPC treatment such as centrifugal pipe and gun head, soak the product for 10-30min, drain and remove the residual liquid, and then soak and clean it with water without DNase and RNase (such as DEPC treatment water of phygene, ph0226).

Storage conditions: Sealed at room temperature, valid for one year.

Matters needing attention:

1.After each use of this product, the nozzle shall be tightened to ensure the airtight storage of this product and avoid long-term contact with air, so as not to affect the use effect.

2. After using this product to remove nuclease contamination on the surface of experimental equipment, it is still necessary to wear gloves and masks to avoid contamination of the working environment and samples.
3. When this product is used for instruments and equipment, it is only limited to the places where the surface of instruments and equipment can be wiped and cleaned. It is strictly prohibited for this product to flow into the interior of instruments and equipment, so as not to affect or damage the normal operation of instruments and equipment.

4. This product is limited to the scientific research of professionals, and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or drugs, or stored in ordinary houses.
