Description: RNasin is a specific RNase inhibitor extracted from human placenta. It is a protein with a molecular weight of 51000 daltons and an isoelectric It can specifically combine with RNase to form a complex with a non covalent bond with an inhibition constant (KI) of 300 and inactivate RNase.
