During agar electrophoresis of serum, gamma globulin can migrate to the anode due to the influence of electroendosmosis

Purpose: biochemical research. Suitable to reduce non-specific adsorption of antibody in immunoassay systems.  Starting material for the isolation of IgG subclasses
