Physicochemical Properties: white or off white powder
Purpose: biochemical research. The pharmacological action of anti deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is to combine with the deoxyribonucleic acid polymerase of the virus to reduce its activity and inhibit DNA synthesis. After adenosine arabinoside monophosphate enters cells, it is phosphorylated to produce adenosine arabinoside diphosphate (ARA ADP) and adenosine arabinoside triphosphate (ARA ATP). The antiviral activity is mainly caused by ara ATP. Ara ATP competes with deoxyadenosine triphosphate (dATP) to bind to viral DNAP, thereby inhibiting the activity of enzyme and the synthesis of viral DNA. At the same time, it also inhibits the activity of viral nucleotide reductase and the synthesis of viral DNA, as well as the activity of deoxynucleotidyl transferase at the end of viral DNA, Ara-A was infiltrated into the virus DNA and connected to the end of the 3 '- Oh position of the DNA chain, which inhibited the continuous synthesis of virus DNA.
