Product description：AMV Reverse transcriptase(RT) is a recombinant avian myeloblastoma reverse transcriptase expressed by E. coli.AMV RTis a heterodimer composed of two different subunits (alpha and beta subunits).AMV RT has a variety of activities, including RNA and DNA dependent DNA polymerase activity, DNA RNA unwinding activity, sequence specific Mn2 + dependent endonuclease activity and RNase H (45-60 ℃), so it can reversibly transcribe RNA containing a large number of secondary structures.
