Physicochemical properties: blue black or black brown powder. It is soluble in water (blue black), ethanol (dark blue) and fiber dissolving agent (diethanol diethyl ether), slightly soluble in acetone and insoluble in other organic solvents. In case of concentrated sulfuric acid, it turns blue-green, and is diluted into dark green blue precipitate. Dark green solution in case of concentrated nitric acid. Blue solution with red fluorescence with 10% sodium hydroxide solution. Add concentrated hydrochloric acid to the aqueous solution to form a green blue precipitate, and add concentrated sodium hydroxide solution to form a blue precipitate. When dyeing, it meets copper; Iron ion, the color of the former slightly changed, the latter slightly greenish
Purpose: biochemical research. Electrophoresis reagent, used for staining proteins on polyacrylamide gel, agarose gel and nitrocellulose membrane. After electrophoresis, it is recommended to fix the protein on the gel. The glue was stained with 7% (V / V) acetic acid solution of 0.1% amino black 10B for at least 2 hours, and then decolorized with 7% (V / V) acetic acid solution. The detection sensitivity is about 20% of Coomassie brilliant blue R250. Redox indicator
