Product description:BCIP/NBT Solution is a single strength, ready-to-use substrate for the detection of Alkaline Phosphatase. Its dark blue, insoluble end-product is ideal for use in immunohistochemistry, Northern/Southern hybridizations that use Alkaline Phosphatase probes
Physicochemical properties:Yellow clear liquid。This product contains:4.8×10-4mol/L BCIP and 5.1×10-4mol/L NBT,No dilution before use is necessary
Purpose: biochemical research. BCIP / NBT substrate solution produces dark blue insoluble end products for immunohistochemistry and northern / Southern hybridization involving alkaline phosphatase probes. 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indole phosphoric acid (BCIP) and nitrotetrazolium chloride blue (NBT) were used for colorimetric identification of alkaline phosphatase marker molecules. BCIP / NBT substrate system is widely used:include Northern Southern, Western blotting, (in situ hybridization)And immunohistochemistry.BCIP There can be two forms of salt, which can be used to prepare storage solution and reaction buffer for binding with NBT to form substrate solution of alkaline phosphatase. The substrate system was cultured with alkaline phosphatase to produce an insoluble purple NBT diformazan product, which was easy to observe.
